What is a camper profile?
Every guest who has an active or historical reservation has a camper profile. The profile stores contact details, reservation history, rig type, and (if ID verification is enabled) vetting records.
Viewing camper profiles
- Click Campers in the left sidebar.
- Use the search box to find a camper by name or email.
- Click a row to open the camper profile.
The profile shows:
- Name, email, and phone
- Reservation history
- Vetting status (if ID verification is enabled for your park)
Editing a camper profile
Open the camper profile and click any editable field. Changes save immediately.
ID verification (vetting)
If your park has Require ID verification enabled (Setup → Park Options), each new camper must have their driver’s licence reviewed and approved before their first reservation can be checked in.
Vetting statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Licence submitted; awaiting manager review |
| Approved | Identity confirmed; guest can check in |
| Rejected | Identity declined; guest is blocked from check-in |
Approving a camper
- Click Campers → find the camper.
- Click the camper name to open their profile.
- Click Vetting in the profile tabs.
- Review the licence images (front and back).
- Click Approve to allow check-in, or Reject to block it (a reason is required for rejection).
Viewing licence images
On the Vetting tab, click View ID. The image link expires after 15 minutes.
Returning guests
Once a camper is approved, they are remembered on future visits and skip the manual approval step. The approval is location-specific — an approval at your park does not carry over to other parks.
Rejected campers
A rejected camper is blocked from checking in at your park. The rejection is recorded in the audit log. The block does not affect other parks.
Troubleshooting
Vetting tab not visible — ID verification is not enabled for your park. Enable it under Setup → Park Options → Require ID verification → On.
“Approved” but check-in is still blocked — confirm the reservation is in Confirmed status (not Draft or Unconfirmed).
