Sites Setup

How to create and configure sites, site types, and price tiers.

Prerequisites

  • Manager or Owner role
  • At least one site type and one price tier defined in Setup

Site types

Site types describe the physical pad configuration. They drive amenity chips on the customer portal and the rate matrix.

  1. Click Setup → scroll to Site Types.
  2. Click + Add and type a name (e.g. Full Hookup 50A, Back-In 30A, Tent).
  3. Press Enter or click the checkmark to save.
  4. Click the pencil icon to rename a type.
  5. Click the trash icon to delete a type (only available if no sites currently use it).

Price tiers

Price tiers group sites into pricing levels (e.g. “Standard”, “Premium”). Rates are defined per tier × season.

  1. Click Setup → scroll to Price Tiers.
  2. Click + Add and type a tier name.
  3. Press Enter or click the checkmark to save.

Creating a site

  1. Click Sites in the left sidebar.
  2. Click + Add Site.
  3. Fill in the required fields:
    • Site name — e.g. A1, B-12
    • Site type — select from your defined types
    • Price tier — select from your defined tiers
  4. Optional fields:
    • Hookup amperage (30A / 50A / None)
    • Max rig length (feet)
    • Pull-through checkbox
    • Water / Sewer / WiFi checkboxes
  5. Click Save.

Repeat for each physical pad. The portal only shows sites that are active.

Editing a site

Click any site row in the Sites list to open the site detail. All fields are editable. Save changes with the Save button.

Placing a site on the park map

After uploading a park map image (Setup → Park Options → Park map):

  1. Click Park Map in the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the map where the site is physically located, or drag an existing pin to reposition it.
  3. A numbered dot appears for each site. Coordinates are saved automatically.

Deactivating a site

A site can be made inactive to hide it from the portal and the availability grid without deleting it. Edit the site and uncheck the Active toggle, then save.

Troubleshooting

Site not appearing in the portal — confirm the site is active and has a rate set for its price tier in Rates.

Cannot delete a site type — at least one site is still assigned to it. Reassign those sites to a different type first.
